AUTHOR BIO:
Silvana was born in Buenos Aires in 1975. She has received her doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Buenos Aires and has been a professor at the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences of the same University. She worked in the Molecular Virology laboratory of the Leloir Foundation until 2008, the year she died in a traffic accident.
