DESCRIPTION:

The dark pain, the screams, the tears, then silence, emptiness and also anger or on neglect.

And later the thin thread with those who remain, with the word that helps to get up and rediscover the meaning, the strength to try again.

Stories of young people who tell of their experience with the death of a loved one: a friend, their boyfriend, a parent.

7 stories that try to bring out from adolescents the fears and strong emotions that the experience of pain entails.

It is not easy to talk about death and dying. This is much more difficult to do with young people, teenagers or children. A sort of repression pushes us to think about something else, to pretend to, to deny more or less unconsciously.

The suffering at the disappearance of a loved one, however, at whatever age, will be less devastating if we find a way to "tell" and share it. It is in the persisting human relationship that we can find containment, responses and sense.

This book, re-edited with a new introduction by the author that frames the psychological aspect of the topic, aims to provide adults with reflections and ideas to help adolescents carry out that drainage and containment that may allow to face this tragic aspect of existence.
