‘Bombshell’ tells the definitive story of the death of Marilyn Monroe at the hand of another.

Drawing on publicly unseen police files and primary testimony, this book determines who was directly responsible for her death. It details Marilyn Monroe’s tumultuous personal involvement with President John Kennedy and his brother, the U.S. Attorney General Robert Kennedy.

There are hundreds of theories and a library of books exploring them as well as scores more films than Marilyn Monroe ever made searching for an answer to who or what killed her. The conclusions stretch from the anodyne to the impossible.

Now, we are present at her death when, within moments she is comatose and, within minutes, lifeless. From that instant an elaborate and cynical cover-up of her death began and was fiercely led by the intelligence division of the Los Angeles Police Department [LAPD]. The new evidence and testimony is provided by Mike Rothmiller who, as an agent of the Organised Crime Intelligence Division (OCID) of the LAPD,  had direct personal access to hundreds of secret files on exactly what happened at Marilyn Monroe’s Californian home on August 5,1962.  With his training and specialist knowledge, Mike Rothmiller used that intimate information to get to the heart of the matter, to the people who were there the night Marilyn Monroe died, two of whom played major roles in the cover-up.
